Last week the clan took on a 2/3 kettlebell pentathlon and everyone absolutely smashed it!
Some of the team were trying the pentathlon format for the very first time and you’d never have known -the effort, the focus and the atmosphere were unreal.
We hit the big lifts, pushed the pace and kept the energy high from start to finish. The best part? Everyone walked out buzzing, proud of what they’d just done and already talking about the next one.

For anyone new to it, the kettlebell pentathlon is a five‑event challenge designed to test strength, endurance, pacing and grit. You move through clean, press, jerk, half snatch and push press for set time periods, aiming for maximum reps while keeping technique sharp. It’s one of the best ways to measure your engine and your mindset!
