Great session tonight at Alba Kettlebell Clan. The board was full, the work was solid, but what stood out most was you the way you all kept pushing through and the way you all supported each other even after the 10th interval.

Kettlebell sport is built on consistency, shared standards and attitudes and a culture where people feel able to progress at their own pace in a welcoming community.

My role is simply to guide the room and set the structure. The effort, the atmosphere and the progress belong to the team. I share my ideas on the board and here I’m sharing a short video, but the real value was in the collective graft tonight! Well done everyone.
