Saturday 4 November saw the return of Grassroots and was hosted by Scottish Kettlebell Sport Federation at District 13’s Tillicoultry Centenary Hall.

Lifters attended from all over the UK and the day was a great success. Our Ross and Jay lifted, for Ross it was his first time and he did amazingly. Well done to all lifters !
